Why can’t I use the free trial code?

There are many reasons why your code might not work. If your trial code is obtained directly from our website, it can be activated normally.

  • 1. Fill in the correct subscription code.
  • 2. If any problem occurs, check whether the correct version of the APK is installed.
  • There are two versions: Standard (blue) and Plus (red), both of which use different free trial codes.
  • 3. It is also possible that your device has used the trial code before. Please note: You can only use the free trial code once per device. If you would like to test the trial again, please contact us and renew your subscription manually.

Why can’t I use the IPTV Subscription code?

If you have not yet subscribed the code may not work for a variety of reasons. Please check the following:

  1. Fill in the correct subscription code.
  2. If the problem persists, check whether the correct version of the APK is installed.
    There are two versions: Standard (blue) and Plus (red), which use different versions of the subscription code.
  3. If you have purchased the wrong version of the subscription code, please contact us to replace it.
  4. If you change your subscription code from Standard to Plus, you can contact us. You can pay the balance (if any).
    Please note: If you want to change/replace, do not activate the code.
  5. If the above method does not work, please contact us directly.
